Reminders and notifications

Atelier Studio can send your clients booking confirmations and friendly reminders so fewer people forget — by email, by text, or both. You decide exactly what goes out under Settings → Notifications.

Email notifications

At the top is a single Send email notifications switch — your master on/off for every studio email. Leave it on (the default) and pick the individual messages underneath it:

• Booking confirmations — when someone books, reschedules, or is enrolled.
• Class reminders — a nudge before a class or event session. Choose how far ahead it goes out (24 hours before, by default).
• Schedule changes — when you move, rename, or cancel a class.
• Cancellations & credits — when a booking is cancelled, credited, or refunded.
• Waitlist updates — when a seat opens up or a waitlist offer changes.
• Membership & pass notices — renewals, expirations, and auto-enrollment changes.
• Class invitations — automatic invites to fill open seats in classes your clients love.
• Events & auditions — announcements and invitations for events, recitals, and auditions.
• Marketing & promotions — campaigns and promotions you send yourself.

Switch any of these off and Atelier Studio simply won’t send it. Turn off the master switch at the top to pause them all at once.

Text notifications

Texts have their own Send text notifications master switch. It stays greyed out until you’ve set up text messaging — once that’s active, turn it on and choose which texts go out:

• Booking confirmations
• Class reminders — with their own timing (2 hours before, by default)
• Schedule changes
• Cancellations
• Waitlist updates
• Membership & pass notices

Email and text reminders each have their own timing, so you can send an email a day ahead and a text a couple of hours before — whatever fits your clients.

To respect quiet hours, texts are only delivered between 8:30 AM and 8:30 PM in each client’s own time zone — so a reminder for an early class is sent the evening before rather than at dawn.
