Class packs
Sell a bundle of classes people buy once and use over time — no recurring charge.
A class pack is a bundle of classes someone buys once — say, 10 classes — and uses up over a set window. Unlike a membership, there’s no recurring charge: they buy it, then book against it until it’s gone or it expires.

Reading the list
Each pack shows how many classes it includes, how long the buyer has to use them (the expiry window, like 90 days), the price, and the handy per-class price so you can see the value at a glance.
Adding a pack
Select Add Pack, name it, set the number of classes and the expiry window, and the price. Save it and it’s ready to sell.
Optional restrictions
When you’re creating or editing a pack, you’ll find two optional restrictions near the bottom. Both are off by default, and they work independently — leave them alone and the pack behaves exactly as it always has. Turn one (or both) on when you want a pack to do a specific job, like a welcome offer.
New clients only
Turn this on and only people who are new to your studio can buy the pack — anyone who has ever paid you before won’t be able to. It’s judged at the account level, so if a person has made any purchase from you in the past, they don’t count as new. This is perfect for a welcome deal like a two-for-one or a discounted intro pack aimed at bringing in first-timers, without regulars scooping it up.
Purchase limit per client
Set a number here to cap how many times each client can buy this particular pack. Set it to 1, for example, and each person can buy it once and only once. Leave it blank for no limit. The count is kept per person, so it also applies separately to each child or family member you book for.
