If your account is locked

What the locked-account message means, why it appears, and how to get back in.

If your studio’s access has been paused, you’ll see a full-screen message the next time you open Atelier Studio that says your account is locked. It can’t be dismissed (it stays until the reason behind it is resolved), but it always tells you why, and what to do next.

You can Sign out from the message at any time.

Why you might see it

The message names the specific reason. There are two kinds.

Something to do with your subscription

Most locks are about the plan you pay for Atelier Studio, and you can fix them yourself from the Billing page:

  • Your trial has ended: add a payment method to turn your trial into a paid plan.
  • Your subscription was cancelled: restart a plan to pick up where you left off.
  • Your subscription is paused: reactivate it to start again.

For these, the message includes a Go to billing button. It takes you straight to Billing, where Update payment method and your plan controls live. Once your plan is active again, the message clears on its own.

Locked by Atelier Digital

Sometimes an account is locked by the Atelier Digital team, for example while we sort out a billing problem or look into unusual activity. When that’s the reason, the message says “Locked by Atelier Digital” and, where there is one, the specific reason. There’s no self-serve button for this kind of lock.

What your clients see

While your studio is locked, your public booking page and booking widget are paused too: clients can’t book new classes or make payments to you until access is restored. Getting back in (adding a card, restarting your plan, or hearing back from support) brings everything back at once.
