Refunds and cancellations
Refund a reservation, set a cancellation window, and decide who keeps the fee.
Refunds in Atelier Studio go back to the client’s original payment method. You can refund a single reservation or let your cancellation policy handle it automatically.
Refund a reservation
Open the client’s reservation from Schedule or Clients, then select Refund. Choose a full or partial amount and confirm — the client is notified and the spot is released back to the class.
Cancellation policy
Set a window under Settings → Bookings → Cancellations. For example: clients who cancel more than 12 hours before class are refunded automatically; later cancellations forfeit the payment.
Memberships and passes
Cancelling a class booked with a membership returns the credit to the membership, not money to a card. Drop-in payments are refunded as cash.
