Auto-enrollment
Come back to your weekly class automatically, with no re-booking, and you keep your spot when your membership renews.
If you go to the same class every week, auto-enrollment saves you from booking it over and over. Once you’re set up, Atelier Studio reserves your spot each week automatically, and you keep it even when your membership renews.
Setting it up
Your membership does the work, so Atelier Studio offers auto-enrollment at two easy moments:
- Right after you book a recurring class. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll see a quick “Come every week?” prompt. Choose it and you’re enrolled in that weekly class from then on.
- Right after you buy a membership. When you buy a membership, we’ll ask if you’d like a recurring weekly spot straight away. Pick a class and select Reserve my weekly spot. We’ll book it for you each week from there.
Either way, that’s all there is to it.
If you look after family members on one login, you can choose who the weekly spot is for before you confirm, so you can set up your child’s weekly class the same way (see Booking for your child).
Managing your auto-enrollments
Open Account and find the Auto-enroll tab. Every class you auto-enroll in is listed there with the day and time, which membership covers it, and your next few dates. For each one you can:
- Pause it: keep your place but skip booking for a while, then turn it back on when you’re ready.
- Resume a paused enrollment.
- Cancel it: stop auto-enrolling in that class for good.
What the statuses mean
On your upcoming dates you might see a few labels:
- Confirmed: your spot is booked.
- Awaiting renewal: the class falls just after your membership renews. Your seat is held for you, and once your renewal goes through it’s confirmed.
- Waitlisted: either the class is full, or that week is beyond what your membership includes (for example, your plan covers one class a week and you’re enrolled in more). If a spot opens up, you move up the list.
If you miss a few classes
If you don’t show up for your class several weeks in a row, your auto-enrollment pauses on its own so the spot opens up for someone else. We’ll email you when that happens, and you can resume it any time from the Auto-enroll tab. Checked in a little late? As long as it’s within your studio’s grace window, it still counts, no harm done.
Auto-enrolled classes show up in My Schedule alongside everything else you’ve booked, and you can cancel a single week there without affecting the rest.
