Search for answers and message your studio without leaving the app.
If you’re stuck or something doesn’t look right, Support is the place to go. You can find answers yourself or reach your studio directly — all in one screen.
Find an answer
Open Support and search the help center, or browse the topics — getting started, bookings and cancellations, payments and memberships, and account and profiles. The Popular articles list covers the questions people ask most.
Message your studio
Can’t find what you need? Open a support ticket to message your studio directly — handy for things only they can do, like a late cancellation or a question about a specific class.
Check your tickets
Switch to the My tickets tab to see messages you’ve sent and any replies. When your studio responds, you’ll get a notification.
