Inviting your team

Add instructors and front-desk staff, and decide what each of them can see.

Instructors need to exist in Atelier Studio before you can assign them to classes, and front-desk staff need access to take reservations. Both start with an invite.

Send an invite

Go to Settings → Team and select Invite. Enter the person’s name and email and choose a role. They’ll get an email with a link to set their password and join your studio.

Roles at a glance

  • Owner — full access, including payouts and billing.
  • Manager — everything except billing.
  • Instructor — their own classes and the clients booked into them.
  • Front desk — the schedule and reservations, no settings.

Instructors who don’t log in

Some instructors only need to appear on the schedule, not sign in. Add them as a non-login instructor from the same screen — they show up when you create a class but never receive an invite.
