Waitlists
Let clients queue for full classes and fill spots automatically when someone cancels.
When a class fills up, Atelier Studio opens a waitlist automatically. You don’t have to turn anything on.
How it works
- A client books a full class and joins the waitlist instead.
- Someone cancels, opening a spot.
- The first person on the waitlist is moved into the class and notified — or, if you prefer, offered the spot for a set window before it passes to the next person.
Choosing the fill mode
Under Settings → Bookings → Waitlists, pick how spots are filled:
- Auto-enrol — the next client is booked and charged immediately.
- Offer first — the next client gets a time-limited offer; if they don’t claim it, it rolls on.
Seeing the waitlist
Open any full class to see who’s waiting and in what order. You can promote someone manually if you need to.
