Managing your calendar

The schedule is built to be edited quickly. Most changes are a drag or a couple of clicks.

Reschedule a class

Drag a class block to a new day or time. Atelier Studio checks the room is free and notifies anyone already booked. To move it to a different room, open the class and change the room field.

Editing a recurring series

When you open a class that repeats, you choose the scope of your change:

• This class — only the one you opened.
• This and following — this occurrence and every one after it.
• All classes — the whole series.

Views and filters

Switch between day, week, and list views in the top bar. Filter by instructor, room, or location to cut a packed week down to just what you need.

Cancelling

Open a class and select Cancel class. Reservations are released and drop-in payments refunded. If you’re moving the class rather than scrapping it, reschedule instead — clients keep their spots.
