Client profiles
See a client's history, notes, and memberships, and reach them in a couple of clicks.
Every person who books with you gets a profile automatically. It’s the single place to see their history and sort anything out.
What’s on a profile
- Upcoming and past reservations — at a glance, with attendance.
- Memberships and passes — what’s active and what’s left on it.
- Payments — every order and refund.
- Notes — private notes only your team can see (injuries, preferences).
Finding a client
Open Clients and search by name or email. Filter by membership status to find, say, everyone whose pass is about to run out.
Reaching out
Select a client to email them directly, or use Clients → Message to email a filtered group — handy for “tomorrow’s class has moved to Studio B.”
Merging duplicates
If someone booked twice with different emails, open either profile and select Merge. History and memberships combine into one record.
